Who Is Adrienne?

  • Are you a health-conscious traveler with a family?
  • Do you or your family have dietary limitations that keep you a prisoner in your own home or town?
  • Do you wish you could see the world without sabotaging your health and your pocket book?

I can help. My name is Adrienne Hew. I’ve been a world traveler since the age of three.

When I was diagnosed with multiple food allergies and several debilitating health disorders at age 25, I thought I’d have to give up my favorite hobby forever. Not true! For the past 14 years, I’ve not only continued to experience all the beauty this world has to offer, but my food choices (at one point restrictions) have enabled me to savor it every step of the way!

My experiences with food allergies led to a new career as a licensed nutritionist — and just in the nick of time! Food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances are rapidly rising in the modern world. The side effects of eating an offending food can range from mildly irritating to fatal. This site is primarily dedicated to helping people with such afflictions enjoy more of the world comfortably.

But there is also a growing community of individuals who simply prefer to eat foods that are closer to the farm — the types of foods I recommend to my clients and I seek out on vacation. After eating this type of naturally raised food, going back to processed food is hardly an option. So here, you will also find the types of recommendations I give to my clients for taking healthy eating on the road.

And for those of you who seek specialized vacations because of religious or other health reasons, don’t despair. I’ve got you in mind too and will seek out information to help make your travels suit your needs as well.

You don’t have to be a millionaire to experience this lifestyle and you don’t have to eat foods you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy either. Join me as I bring you around the world with me sharing insights and tips that will make your travels more gratifying, affordable and possible.
